Liao oversees the work of the Liwan District Education Bureau, Liwan District Finance Bureau (Liwan District State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Bureau), Liwan District Housing, Construction, Forestry and Parks Bureau (Liwan District Transport Bureau）, Liwan District Emergency Management Bureau, Liwan District Statistics Bureau, Liwan District Baietan Management Committee, Sub-district Offices, and Liwan District Fire and Rescue. 

Liao liaises with the Guangzhou Liwan District Tax Service of the State Taxation Administration and Liwan District Meteorology Bureau.

Yang Jia

Deputy Head of Liwan District

Yang oversees the work of the Liwan District Development and Reform Bureau (Liwan District Food and Strategic Reserves Administration Bureau, Liwan District National Defense Mobilization Office),  Liwan District Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Liwan District Business Investment Promotion Bureau, Liwan District Cooperation Office, and assists in overseeing the work of the Liwan District Statistics Bureau.

Yang liaises with the Liwan District Federation of Industry and Commerce, Liwan District Association for Science and Technology, Liwan District Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Liwan District Branch of Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau, Liwan District Branch of Guangzhou Tobacco Monopoly Administration.

Zhou Zheng

Zhou oversees the work of the Liwan District Justice Bureau and Liwan District Public Security Bureau. 

Zhou liaises with the Liwan District People's Armed Forces Department, Liwan District Court, Liwan District Procuratorate, and Liwan District Traffic Police Brigade.

Wang oversees the work of the Liwan District Ethnic and Religious Affairs Bureau, Liwan District Civil Affairs Bureau, and Liwan District Culture, Media, Tourism and Sports Bureau, Liwan District Supply and Marketing Cooperatives.

Wang liaises with the Liwan District Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Liwan District Archives Administration, Liwan District Archives, Liwan District Press and Publication Bureau (Liwan District Copyright Bureau), Liwan District Women’s Federation, and Liwan District Federation of Literary and Art Circles. 

Ye Hui

Ye oversees the work of the Liwan District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Liwan District Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau (Liwan District Rural Revitalization Bureau), Liwan District Health Bureau, Liwan District Veterans Affairs Bureau, Liwan District Administration for Market Regulation (Liwan District Intellectual Property Administration), Liwan District Government Offices Management Bureau.

Ye liaises with the Liwan District People's Congress and Liwan District Administration for the Protection of State Secrets, Liwan District Civil Service Administration, Liwan District Taiwan Affairs Bureau, Liwan District Overseas Chinese Affairs Bureau, Office of Liwan District Committee for Public Sector Reform, Liwan District Federation of Trade Unions, Liwan District Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, and Liwan District Disabled Persons’ Federation.

Huang liaises with the Liwan District Branch of the Guangzhou Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau and the South District Water Supply Branch of Guangzhou Water Supply Co., Ltd.
